How to use the Gate system Under construction

  •  The app to open the gate is Safe Passage Solutions. Download it from the Play Store.
  • Enter License Plate (or Tag) Information for Any and All Visitors
  • To help expedite quick and easy entry, it is critical for everyone to add your visitors tag information to the system for all visitors in advance of their arrival.
  • If for any reason, you can’t enter your visitors’ tag information before they arrive, you must contact them in advance and remind them to have the following ready when they arrive at the gate:
  • • Your full name
  • • Your complete address (number and street name)
  • • Their driver’s license out and ready to present to the virtual guard at the kiosk
  • This simple step helps avoid delays for your visitors and others waiting in line, while minimizing the potential for backups that could create a safety hazard.
  • For Owners Who Rent
  • If you rent out your condo, please provide your new renter’s tag information to the HOA office (Jennie) in advance of their arrival. This will ensure your renters can enter the front gate without complications and enjoy a smooth arrival experience.
  • No Tailgating!
  • Tailgating occurs when an unauthorized car closely follows an authorized car through the gate arm and slips into DCTC without identifying themselves.  Please remind your visitors to follow proper entry procedures and avoid tailgating, as it can damage equipment and present security issues.
  •  Guest Access: Remind your guests to press the kiosk button only once. Pressing it a second time disconnects Safe Passage and restarts the entire process—including replaying the “Welcome to DCTC” jingle—causing unnecessary delays
  • Safety Is Up To All of Us
  • Finally, it’s up to all of us to comply with these simple steps that will ensure that everyone – owners, renters, visitors, and vendors -- can enter DCTC as quickly and smoothly.
